There are no fees payable by you – however there is a £50 holding deposit paid at the time that you secure your room/property. This £50 is deducted from the full deposit you pay when signing your tenancy agreement.

We are a registered member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
