Room & Communal Area Inventories - POA. This is dependant on the size of communal areas and whether all rooms are being inventoried alongside.

Additional Service & Fees:
Renewal Tenancy Agreements are charged at £240.00 Inclusive of VAT. However, should there be a part renewal on the tenancy the Landlord would be charged the reletting charge for the new incoming tenants and the standard renewal charge on any existing tenants.
Serving of Section 21 if requested will be charged at £30 inclusive of VAT.
- If you want SUHomes to apply or reapply for a HMO License the cost for this is £598.80 Incl VAT.
Arrangement Fee for works required on new instructions will incur an additional fee of 12% + VAT (of the contractor’s invoice amount) or £90 + VAT whichever is greater. This fee is to cover the staff costs for the extra work that’s involved in organising and overseeing major works.
