In addition to the above, an initial letting fee applies to the Managed and HMO Managed Service of 78% Incl VAT of the first months rent.

Inventory & Check In Costs:

Check Ins - £40.

SUHomes covers your check out costs under Managed Service.

Room & Communal Area Inventories - POA. This is dependant on the size of communal areas and whether all rooms are being inventoried alongside.

Inventory Costs - This is based on the property size and inclusive of VAT:

Additional Service & Fees:

  • Renewal Tenancy Agreements are charged at £240.00 Inclusive of VAT.  However, should there be a part renewal on the tenancy the Landlord would be charged the reletting charge for the new incoming tenants and the standard renewal charge on any existing tenants.

  • Serving of Section 21 if requested will be charged at £30 inclusive of VAT.

  • If you want SUHomes to apply or reapply for a HMO License the cost for this is £598.80  Incl VAT.
  • Arrangement Fee for works required on new instructions will incur an additional fee of 12% + VAT (of the contractor’s invoice amount) or £90 + VAT whichever is greater. This fee is to cover the staff costs for the extra work that’s involved in organising and overseeing major works.
